The short version
- We use your CV only to create your report and the features you ask for.
- Your CV and report are deleted 30 days after your last activity. You can delete them sooner with one click.
- We never sell your data or share your CV with employers.
What we collect
- Your email address, to log you in and to tell you when a report is ready or a payment is confirmed.
- Your CV, as a file or pasted text, and the target role you choose.
- The reports we create from it.
- If you use our templates: your CV as structured text, and, only if you add them, a photo and personal details such as your date of birth.
- For Career+ Pro, each payment request: its reference code, the bKash Transaction ID, the number you paid from, the amount and the dates.
- Basic technical data such as your browser type, so the site works and stays secure.
How we use it
- To create your CV report, rewrite and cover letters, and to show and download your CV in a template.
- To log you in and send you the code and notifications you asked for.
- To check each Career+ Pro payment against our bKash statement, and to keep a record of payments received.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
AI processing outside Bangladesh
To create your report, the text of your CV is sent to an AI service provider, [AI PROVIDER NAME], whose servers are outside Bangladesh. We ask for your consent before every check, and we only send what is needed to create the report.
We use the provider on terms that do not allow it to use your CV to train its models.
Your photo and the personal details you add to a template (such as date of birth, religion or NID) are never sent to an AI service. Before any CV text is sent, we remove your name, contact details, address, ID numbers and personal details lines.
How long we keep it
CVs, reports and the CVs you make in our templates (with any photo and personal details on them) are deleted automatically 30 days after your last activity on them: your last edit or download. We email you 3 days before a CV in a template is deleted. You can delete any of them sooner from Your reports with Delete my CV now, or all of them with Delete my CVs and reports.

Your email address stays while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu: that permanently deletes your email, every CV and report, your feedback answers and your notifications.
Payments
For each Career+ Pro payment we store the reference code, the bKash Transaction ID, the number you paid from, the amount and the dates. We use them to check the payment against our bKash statement and as a record of payments received.
In the site you see your number partly hidden, like 017****1234. Only the owner and admins of Career+ see the full number and Transaction ID, on the admin panel, to confirm payments. They never go into our logs or analytics.

What we keep after you delete your account
We delete your CVs, reports, feedback and account details. We keep one scrambled code made from your email address, created with a one-way function, for 12 months. We cannot turn it back into your email. We use it only to stop free checks being reset, never for marketing or contact. After 12 months it is deleted automatically.
Our database backups may hold deleted data for up to [BACKUP RETENTION DAYS] days before they expire. Our email provider keeps a log of the emails it sent you, including your address, for its own retention period.
If you paid for Career+ Pro, we also keep the payment record (reference code, bKash Transaction ID, the number you paid from, the amount and the dates) without your email address, only as long as we must keep payment records: [PAYMENT RECORD RETENTION PLACEHOLDER].
Who can see your data
A small Career+ team runs the service from a private admin panel. Each person has a named account, signs in with a password and an authenticator code, and has one role that limits what they can see: owner, admin, support or viewer.
Viewers see totals only, never your details. Support staff see your email partly hidden in lists, and in full only when they open your record to help you. Admins can also read the comments you write in our questions. Only the owner can open the text of a CV.
Every time someone opens your record or your CV, gives you access or checks, approves or rejects a payment, or deletes your account, it is written to a log with who did it and when. That log cannot be edited or deleted from the admin panel.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info.careerplas@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Age
Career+ is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
